PRESTON ALLEN—1958.

As Co-Captain of the 1958 State Championship basketball team, he was team leader in scoring and was selected All Region and All State. Preston was a pure shooter and was known as a top defensive player who was usually assigned to guard the top scorer of the opposing team. The final win in the 1958 Championship game was due largely to his defensive work against the Number One player in the state. He was elected as a charter member to the Hall of Fame in 1970.
