The Transportation Department oversees the safety of our most precious cargo – our students – making sure they are safe en route to school, home, or school activities. Statistically, school buses are the safest mode of transportation to and from school.
Bus Rules
- The bus driver may assign seats.
- Be courteous, NO PROFANITY.
- NO VIOLENCE
- Do not eat or drink on the bus.
- Keep the bus clean.
- Remain seated.
- Keep your hands and head inside the bus at all times.
- Do not damage or destroy bus property.
- For your own and others' safety, do not distract the driver through misbehavior.
- No writing materials out on the bus.
- No Smoking.
Penalty for misbehavior at the discretion of Principals and/or Administrators depending on the circumstances (may include removal from the bus for 1 to 10 days or permanent removal by formal hearing). More serious misbehavior may also be cause for suspension or expulsion from school.
