Panther Pathways
Panther Pathway Academy
Panther Pathway Academy supports a variety of educational pathways designed to meet students where they are and provide options beyond the traditional school setting. Through Panther Pathway Academy, Lenoir City Schools provides flexible learning opportunities and individualized support based on student needs.
Programs and services include:
Alternative Pathways
Our alternative education program serves students in grades 7–12 who may benefit from a smaller, more structured learning environment outside of the traditional school setting. Students continue working toward academic progress while receiving individualized support with the goal of a successful transition to their next step.
iLearn Institute
iLearn Institute is Lenoir City Schools' K–12 virtual school, providing students with a flexible, online learning option while remaining connected to the district's teachers, resources, and support.
Homebound Services
Panther Pathway Academy coordinates homebound educational services for students who are temporarily unable to attend school due to qualifying circumstances, helping students maintain continuity in their learning.
Home School Coordination
Families choosing to independently homeschool may work through Lenoir City Schools to complete required documentation and establish their intent to homeschool in accordance with Tennessee requirements.
Together, these pathways allow Lenoir City Schools to respond to students and families whose educational needs may look different from a traditional school experience.
