Once you leave employment, your primary point of contact for any questions regarding retiree health insurance will be the Benefits Administration service center.

If you have questions about the member or dependent eligibility or enrollment in one of the retiree insurance plans, please call the Service Center at 800-253-9981 or email at benefits.administration@tn.gov. They can help you over the phone or by email. If you need an in-person counseling meeting, please ask them to make an appointment for you. Appointments must be scheduled at least 48 hours in advance.
